Holi Hands

On Friday, April 28th, the Indian Association of Notre Dame will celebrate Holi, the annual Festival of Colors. In conjunction with this celebration, South Dining Hall will serve a menu of traditional Indian dishes.

Kachumber Salad
Chopped salad with onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, shredded red and green cabbage and lemon dressing

Onion Pakoras
Onion fritters made with gram flour

Samosas
Fried flour shells with a savory filling of potatoes, onions, and peas

Chapli Kebab
Ground lamb and chicken kebabs

All appetizers listed above are served with Tamarind Chutney, Cilantro Mint Chutney, and Raita

A delicious combination of lentils and beans, spiced in a rich cream sauce
