We're excited to welcome Chef Kim to North Dining Hall for a cooking demonstration and special dinner. Chef Ann Kim is the Chef/Owner of Pizzeria Lola, Hello Pizza and Young Joni. As a Korean immigrant raised in Minnesota, she credits her culinary palate and love of cooking to helping her mother and grandmother make traditional Korea staples such as doenjang, gochujang and kimchi. In 2019, Ann became the first woman and first person of color from Minneapolis to reeive the James Bear Award for "Best Chef Midwest". She was featured on Netflix's Chef's Table: Pizza.
