Campus Dining is partnering with Student Government for their #BeefFreeND campaign during Lent. Each week during Lent, both dining halls will be reducing the amount of beef they serve by substituting one traditional meat dish with a vegan, vegetarian, or pescatarian option. Our chefs will focus on hearty and savory recipes with a spotlight on plant and seafood proteins. Student Government representatives will be in the lobby of each dining hall during meals with special menu items to provide an opportunity for individuals to sign the #BeefFreeND Pledge.
