Notre Dame Food Services' Floor Chef Laura Johnson recently shared her expertise with FoodService Director. In an article published on their website titled "Specialty Desserts: Cakes," Laura discusses the appeal of signature desserts. She believes creating out of the ordinary offerings is key to pleasing customers. Notre Dame invests in continous education for Laura and other chefs, allowing them to grow their skill set and provide our campus community with extraordinary desserts.
