A part of the Notre Dame Food Services team for over 26 years, Danny Bloss is the go-to guy when it comes to ice carving. His sculptures have been the focal points of countless University events and campus weddings. In addition to his work at Notre Dame, Danny creates his works of art for local events and competes in ice sculpting competitions at local and national levels. Michiana Life recently covered Danny's work in their Winter 2016 issue.
