Enjoy live cooking demonstrations by Chef Mehta in the dining
room. He'll be making his signature Graffiti Burger which blends
mushrooms and beef, as well as other blended burgers. We'll also
have a variety of sautéed mushrooms available for sampling.

Chef Jehangir Mehta is the executive chef and owner of New
York City restaurants Graffiti and Mehtaphor. He is also the
author of the 2008 HarperCollins cookbook "Mantra: The Rules
of Indulgence," and the runner up on "The Next Iron Chef 2010"
on Food Network.
