Greenfields Launches Fall Menu

With the leaves changing color and football season in full swing, we know that fall is upon us.  With this change, Greenfields is offering a new menu showcasing fall specialties.  Available now, this menu offers seasonal items such as Harvest Stew, a blend of winter squash, sweet potatoes, turnips, corn & beans, kale, and Israeli couscous in a rich vegetable stock. 

 

As with our previous menus, we approached these recipes with a focus on local products. You can find local acorn squash in our Stuffed Acorn Squash which is filled with turkey sausage and a blend of black beans and vegetables.   Our Turkey and Winter Squash Pasta features whole wheat pasta and barley with butternut squash, dried cranberries, walnuts, braised kale and parmesan with a spicy winter squash sauce. 

 

Menu favorites continue to be featured with seasonal updates. Our grilled bread dessert features pumpkin bread topped with pumpkin creme and dried fruits. Our seasonal medley salad remains with updated fresh vegetables while our turkey wrap features apples and pecans for the fall. 

 

Also new to this menu are kids items and more dishes prepared with gluten free ingredients.  Don’t forget to dine healthy and join us at Greenfields for breakfast or lunch.
