Thanksgiving on campus

Author: NDWorks

There were two opportunities on campus last week for sharing a Thanksgiving meal. The Transformational Leaders Program hosted a Friendsgiving meal on Wednesday, Nov. 22, for many of the students who didn’t travel home for the holidays. Faculty and staff joined them for the occasion.

On Thanksgiving Day, North Dining Hall played host to a traditional Thanksgiving dinner that included New England clam chowder, kale cranberry quinoa salad, roast turkey breast, Irish whiskey-glazed ham and cedar-smoked salmon, to name just a few items on the extensive menu. The dining hall staff were on hand to provide the meal for the campus community and the community at large.
