Zeeland Farm Services acts as the provider of Notre Dame Food Services cooking oils. Zoye oil is a great choice, produced from 100% locally grown soybeans. This locally produced oil provides the health benefits of Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids, no transfats, no hydrogenation, not genetically modified, and low saturated fat, while also being produced in a very sustainable fashion. The production is powered by renewable energy capturing methane gas from a local landfill, and the fleet of trucks and trailers run on biodiesel.
