Freshly prepared sushi and Asian-inspired cuisine.

An ordering storefront for FujiSan includes a bar area where sushi is assembled by multiple employees, large printed signs in purple and green that show the FujiSan logo, and four digital screens displaying things like menus.

New to campus during fall semester 2025, FujiSan brings fresh sushi and bubble tea to LaFortune Student Center. Enjoy items like California rolls, poke bowls, and honey matcha milk tea with boba.
